I tried the new XRI toolkit 2.3 simulator, and I don't recommend switching to it for GA. Pulling in XRI 2.3 did not seem to break any input in editor...

Need to go through the investigations and recommendations listed above and create feature requests.

Tested - no repro. No per frame allocations now. Looks like the above fix worked.

Talked to Matt, and he'd like to see the cursor only face the interactable normal. If we take a fix, we'll need to check the behavior on interactables with sphere...
