This seems to have returned in one of the more recent updates.
It seems, at least for me, that the Channel view is not showing any VODs that were previously classified as "Live".
It seems that the Subscription, Home, or Channels page will show this "inaccurate" last position, however History will show the accurate location. This has been a bug since 29.63. Reverting...
