[Suggestion] Config options for the Grid Power system.

I used to love this mod on my 1.7. Server, but with 1.12. I noticed, the Grid Power system makes many things from this mod not the best option for...

@p not working as intended inside command blocks or while using the console.

If I use /irc commands with command blocks, @p is not resolved into the name of the person using the command block, it is just relayed as @p to IRC....
