Shader doesnt convert

I tried to convert the shader from https://www.shadertoy.com/view/WdlGzl into a unity shader with both the website and program and they both lead to a fail. if you can convert it...

If someone can link me the source code for the ovr driver fix it will be very helpful

OVRIE Button not appearing in VR

I've freshly installed steamvr 2 times now with the fixed DLL(s) and nothing has worked. If there's any fix to this please tell me
