I switched the target from main to v4 and worked out the merge conflicts, so I think this is ready for review again.

It looks like you're running on a 32 bit processor; we currently only release 64 bit versions of the CLI.

Support linux/arm64 in the Confluent Platform package

Linux arm64 should now be available in all versions after (and including) 7.5.4.
