ran into same issue, klipper voron cfg error-->dir_pin: !PD15 instead !PA14 wtf
Same issue for me,stm32prog ver 2.13 and using file firmware_canbus_8k_bootloader.bin

after replacing the SB2209 pcb only, fault still present, leds remains off, after using a new EBB SB0000 CAN, and the new SB2209, LED working again. Probably one chip linked...
