Unable to debug "lookup" function, as its disabled with `helm template`

I think that template needs a way to enable the `lookup` function, so we can develop charts using functions like `genSignedCert` properly.

Same problem. We are trying to use dogstatsd but the custom metrics count just exploded because of this. (version 7.21.0 BTW)
