Thanks Changhun!
Hello again Changhun — are the results posted above for WT2-test? For FP16 I have PPLs of 5.47 (7B) and 4.88 (13B). Many thanks, Sean
Curiously, the AWQ paper (https://arxiv.org/abs/2306.00978, Table 4) also reports the same FP16 WikiText2 PPLs as me. I also ran your code and it is indeed giving me the FP16 results...
Makes sense now, thanks so much Changhun!
Hello Tom, Training on adult brains is not too different from training on fetal — in your brain3d_svr method call, you'd just need to point to a folder containing e.g....
Hello Tom, Thanks for your interest in our work — we trained slightly different models for adult brain SVR and fetal. IIRC both were trained on an RTX 8000 with...
Hello @lx123-j Yes, you'd need to modify the test script — what are the slice spacing and in-plane resolution of your data? You'd want to ensure the ratio between the...
Do you mean 0.5mm in-plane resolution? Or 5mm slice spacing?
First, you'd need to re-sample the in-plane resolution to 1.25mm so that the in-plane resolution to slice spacing ratio is 1:4. The label just needs to be a foreground mask...
Ah, you can change all of these things of course if you're going to be retraining anyway. The ratio really depends on the eventual test cases you'd be working with....
