Hi there, Having run dev-setup on a few machines now (thanks! loving it so far) I've noticed that installs require typing the sudo password at various points, making unattended installs...

Place ASG instances across AZs

ASG had been hardcoded to a single subnet/availability zone. This passes in all available private VPC subnets/AZs so worker instances will be spread across them (matching the [documentation](https://github.com/kz8s/tack#aws)).
