Cannot read file after nwbfile.copy() with Units

It would seem I answered my own question, by using the [export feature](https://pynwb.readthedocs.io/en/stable/tutorials/general/add_remove_containers.html?highlight=remove#adding-removing-containers-from-an-nwb-file). It appears that this duplicates the raw data, so probably isn't feasible for very large files. But...

Decision about ruff rules

I also like these rules in general! I think the traceback clarity benefit of the `flake8-errmsg` might be worth the code looking a little worse in places.
