Hmmm, I'm not sure how "awesome" these are. Neither has had any meaningful work done in quite a while and the testing framework is a fork of a defunct project...
I have seen this behavior as well.
FWIW, Ctrl + Alt + D on Mac does work for me. @atuttle is it possible you have another plugin installed that uses that key map?

Rfc 2822 specifies that the part to the right of the @ should be the Internet domain. A domain does not require a TLD. "localhost" for example should be perfectly...
Should be doable, I'd accept a pull request otherwise it will probably take me a bit to add it myself.
You have friendly URLs setup in your web server right? Apache or IIS rewrite rules are setup?
