Default configuration can't start on Ubuntu 18.04

[Bug]: litellm.BadRequestError: MistralException - Assistant message must have either content or tool_calls, but not none.

I would like to bump that issue. I get that exception on every prompt i try to do after the inital one, without exceptions. This breaks the workflow greatly.
