I also see this problems under Lineage OS 14: can't create account, no sync. If I open BA, I can "enable" it, press "sync now", close -> the birthdays appear...
Thanks, the `--launcher.appendVmargs` really helps, e.g. `RSSOwlnix --launcher.appendVmargs -vmargs -DdisableUpdate=true` (i took the `disableUpdate` just for illustration, because it is the first in the list of all options) works again....
or even put it into `RSSOwlnix.ini` per default...
