I see it the same way. It doesn't need the admin interface (however - it's been easier for me to work it out like this). Instead it should be added...

NC 28 has been made available with https://github.com/nextcloud/nextcloudpi/pull/1877 . Issue can be changed to "closed" now.

I can confirm to have the same issue: Smoothing (german "Glätten") works only the first time. After the first autorefresh the smoothing is ignored. My environment is Flot-Adapter version: v1.10.7...
