It's all back to normal for me now too, I think this issue can be closed now.

I recently upgraded to Hub 2 and can confirm that homebridge-wink still works (with V1 API credentials).
I'm having the same issue with my Schlage Touch Connect locks, Home app works fine but Siri times out on getting the status when operating via voice control.
