If you look into the documentation of the Attiny, the difference seems to be, that the SUR version is delivered in a reel. But the chip will be the same....
I am also experiencing this issue on Pixel 6a, Andoid 15 with Version 1.12-r5. I have been experiencing the issue since the design changed.
