[WORKAROUND] Disable DeviceGroupedConvFwdMultipleABD_Xdl_CShuffle_V3 kernel until fixed in CK

The fix https://github.com/ROCm/composable_kernel/pull/2038 for CK has been tested and confirmed to be a solution for the issue. To perform the tests the following docker image was built `rocm/miopen:ci_eeae1d`.

Closing the PR. CK fix has been promoted.
