I have found this which is apparently a top one => https://github.com/computerjazz/react-native-draggable-flatlist But.... I had to give up with that one as there are issue with the "refreshControl".
Experienced the same issue. I was very lucky to spot it.... Line is different in from the data set. No good.
Is there anyone else who applied and tested this path? The duplicated icon issue is still fresh on Android.
