Currently, all JARs from the WAR are removed, which causes a problem with plugins like the Spring Boot plugin. Provide a way to list files that should not be removed.

Add ability to rename files included in the final WAR file like https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-war-plugin/examples/file-name-mapping.html. Currently, the gradle WAR plugin just uses the classpath as an input and doesn't allow a "rename"....

Allow a deployer to configure a relying party identifier for each service. If one is not defined, use a default value.
