Yes I saw #58, which is what I was looking at to try to solve this variety of documentation. Multiple Requests/Responses are fine, except that you have to hit "show"...
Just realized that it says here you can't do this programmatically... :( https://ably.com/documentation/core-features/authentication/#capabilities-explained API keys and their capabilities are configured using the dashboard, they cannot be added or removed programmatically....
