Hello, it seems like `update phone number` action doesnt check if such phoneNumber already assigned to another user

@cooperlyt after a bit debug. so as far as I understood `update phone number` action should un-verify another users with the same phone. Unfortunately it doesn't work at keycloak 21.0.2...

Hi, pls take a look at https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak-nodejs-connect/issues/308 imo this is a correct approach for the multiple auth-server-urls. Unfortunately it is already open for 2years at least

Good morning, in our case we have smth like: `COPY ./drivers/build/3rdparty-jdbc-drivers/**/* jars/3rdparty/` and with `"buildkit": true` it doesn't work
