when pressing Ctrl+R it shows the controls for some milliseconds and goes back to the blank screen
I installed 9.1 (or around that version) and also then the same bug occured. then I was thinking I will wait with updating until the bug is fixed..

yeah! It's running again! ... but all my settings were gone then (of course), so I just removed the `BrowserBookmaks` from `extensions.enabledExtensionIds`, and I can confirm it was this causing...
