Are you referring to the outlook commands group? Please give more details on the command used, how often it is running and what was the actual vs expected output.
You can run and call a separate task file to loop it. You would have to otherwise defined "functions" as it is not very clear what is being asked.
This command only retrieves mail references, it does not actually download the attachments out. We will need to add an enhancement for that.
