I'm experiencing same problem: `can't push layer to Clair: Post http://localhost:6060/v1/layers: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:6060: getsockopt: connection refused` At the same time, `curl 'http://localhost:6060/v1/layers'` with proper payload works.
Ok, it was caused by `kubectl port-forward`. `127.0.0.1:6060` inside container is not the same as on host machine

Also, this website is able to download any course http://en.fetchfile.net/download-from-safari-safaribooksonline-com-online-video/
