ImportError: cannot import name 'cosine_similarity' from 'sense2vec.util'

I had the same issue (#110 ). The fix was using the git version of sense2vec rather than the pip version of the package.

[Question] Wald test with Newey and West (1987) Robust Covariance Matrix

I guess the same is the case for Driscoll and Kraay (1998) Robust Covariance. Looks like `plm:vcovSCC()` is the only option with HC2/HC3/HC4 estimators.
