Got Invoke-Restmethod working, try it. :)

New-ClientVM creates VMs even when authentication failed, so no Autopilot json file copied.

When use New-ClientVM create VMs, if authentication failed, it still continue create VM without autopilot json file. I was expecting it should return error and stop create VM. :)

good first issue

Always create $env:USERPROFILE\.hvtoolscfgpath

When use this function initialize a new folder, it didn't update "$env:USERPROFILE\.hvtoolscfgpath" file content, or recreate this new file, so reads hvconfig.json configuration from wrong folder. I think "$env:USERPROFILE\.hvtoolscfgpath" file...
