big difference in results using saved_model.tflite when compared to nsfwjs.com

I have used saved_model.tflite from v1.1.0 and v1.2.0. image used is 224x224, same jpeg in both testing. here are results: nsfwjs.com Neutral - 67.35% Porn - 31.40% Drawing - 0.79%...

exported tflite always has nsfw range between 0.6 to 0.7

I have been able to export it using tf 1.15. Using it in Firebase ML kit sample, score is always between 0.6-0.7, no matter what is fed into the network....
