I googled a lot, and finally found that it was due to the power supply. Try another one.

Some books stores *.opf in root folder, relative path should not be prefixed by '/'.

I am doing similar things recently. I here share something that might be helpful 1. Install QT with compilers (Google it and download it) 2. Setup Windows environment variables, TWAINDS_VS2008.sln...
