This is still an issue. For example the docs now link to https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/scikit-image/scikit-image/v0.22.x?filepath=notebooks/auto_examples/filters/plot_deconvolution.ipynb but there is no `v0.22.x` branch. There is still the build issue with v0.21.x
