fails to access with the same user

when reconnecting with the same username and the others it still appears as disconnected, but I can send messages without any problem but others can not answer

Navigation does not work. I have the following code: App.Current.MainPage = new NavigationPage (new Principal ()); classes run, but does not change pages. No error message is displayed.
