Hi, I've upgraded to the newest version of nanocompore which I installed using the conda installation and I'm now getting an error when I try to use the db.plot_position function...

Update get_singularity.py

Fix: prevent double docker:// prefix in singularity pull which causes it to fail to dowload when running nextflow inspect -params-file params.yaml -profile slurm mop_preprocess.nf > inspect.json
