go mod tidy will remove the reference to github.com/dmarkham/enumer from go.mod

Could also be solved in a PR for issue #113 in conjunction with #91

Recent releases (>=1.5.9) are missing binaries

@alecthomas binaries are back with the latest release https://github.com/dmarkham/enumer/releases/tag/v1.6.1
