Dwylbot just unassigned who I assigned as reviewers here: https://github.com/LDMW/cms/pull/237#event-1225739572 and gave me 4 messages. I think it was because I did the assigning in an odd order.

Build fails when using python 3.6  You should update syntax to instead use: `print(j['env']['ELM_COMPILE'])` to be compatible
