Macforge plugins don't take effect until opening the Macforge GUI (tested with CleanHUD only)

After the GUI has been opened once, the app can be quit and CleanHUD persists, which makes me think the helper may not be being loaded correctly in the background.

Thanks for this handy app! I have an Earstudio ES100 that doesn't get detected correctly, so the icon shown is the default icon. Would it be possible to enable customizing...

Airplay Output Devices Not Shown

In MacOS's stock volume menubar control, Airplay devices are able to be selected as outputs, but these are not shown in AudioDevice2's list.
