[Linux / Wayland] Undo shortcut (ctrl+z) doesn't work as expected, potentially causes data loss

Have the same problem on Mac. I think this might related to https://github.com/athensresearch/athens/issues/1548. It seems operations are not atomic and CTRL+Z undoes state changes that happened before the last one...

e2b template build fails in WSL

I'm facing the same issue, nothing is working
