To follow up, I still have the problem. All the packaging apps, like packagesbuild, packagesutil, and Packages.app have Full Disk access.
Actually, the auto-defined variables are used only within a container migration manifest. But, still wondering how packages can work with sandboxing.
Yes, I used to get that problem several years ago and the solution was to unlock the keychain before doing anything with signing. And, that has worked up until now....
It seems to me this thread got hijacked. I believe the upshot for the original issue (and it is not solved by unlocking the keychain) is that it is due...
