Having a similar issue, `findBlocks` never calls the `matching` predicate, and I can't find any blocks.
Disregard, upon further debugging, it is a timing issue. `findBlocks` iterates over no blocks even after the `spawn` event - using `waitForChunksToLoad` fixed it.

You cannot send functions over a remote event or function, and yes, the metatable is included in that.
