I'm thinking about moving [userip](https://docs.inspircd.org/3/modules/userip/) to inspircd-contrib. Its a non-standard extension, only Unreal and us implement it, and it duplicates the behaviour of `/CHECK` in a much less useful way.
Please don't keep saying 'bump'. You aren't going to make it get merged any faster.
