This is basically what I needed - should have checked the open PRs before making #27 :dizzy_face: @mitchellh Feel free to close my PR in favor of this one.
@nick-jones Very cool, thanks for sharing! I'll have to check it out in more detail but it seems as if lichen could cover my requirements.
Problem persists on AKS with K8S v1.16.15.
Addendum: if my assumption above is correct, the Python implementation does not limit to max 99. I prepared #173 with a suggested fix.
Since #173 is merged this can be closed. Feel free to reopen in case you think there's something missing!
