Does this work now?
I made a hack that builds ipopt as in here: http://oproject.org/pages/Ipopt.html But that requires setting the LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the location of the shared libraries. I might try this project later....
If the cython part and c part are separated, people can use the c part in other projects.
