Hi, this PR moves the pipeline to GitHub CI - hence the build on Circle will fail. It'll take some work if we were to fix Circle's pipe.

Am interested to look at maintaining RxAlamofire too - if we are open to a co-ownership setup.
@freak4pc Sounds good! Will probably start to take a look tomorrow and see what to cleanup for a start.
The SPM proj is not needed to be commited - as it can be pregenerated before running the SPM step. I’ll raise a PR to remove it.
@ashfurrow The last tracked bit of the SPM proj has been removed https://github.com/RxSwiftCommunity/RxOptional/commit/dd8479472fbb0190f0b1e9d8487e37d6e0e56bba - this shouldn't be blocking Carthage installs anymore
