Extract columns cannot create foreign key relation: sqlite3.OperationalError: table sqlite_master may not be modified

I had the problem this morning when running: `Python==3.9.6 sqlite3.sqlite_version==3.37.0 sqlite-utils==3.30 ` I upgraded to: `Python ==3.10.8 sqlite3.sqlite_version==3.37.2 sqlite-utils==3.30 ` and the error did not appear anymore. Hope this helps...
