Crashing

Keeps crashing, I have 1 mouse and 1 keyboard on a Unifying receiver. I tried using 2 Unifying receivers (one for keyboard and one for mouse) But still crashes :(

(1) do I have to launch two copies of the app if I have got two devices? And how do I run the app on windows launch (2) can you...

I have to repeatedly reset the settings (on the monitor) to get the app to detect the DDC/CI features
