We're hitting the metadata->IsEmpty() assert on shutdown inside VmaDeviceMemoryBlock::Destroy however VmaBlockMetadata_TLSF::DebugLogAllAllocations() isn't printing a list of unfreed allocations - we've defined VMA_DEBUG_LOG.
