Where does BTC Price at top of page come from?

My Explorer's BTC Price has always been 0.00000000. Where is it supposed to come from, or is it supposed to represent the price of my own coin?

Although the other features of my NOMP are working, the page that previously listed many links (in several categories) has stopping showing any. Ideas, anyone?
