Identified the issue is due to mismatch of API key. Seems API key is changed in ZAP installed in VM, updated the same to the tasks and its working fine....

Task Failed. Error: "Cannot read property 'riskcode' of undefined"

In my case the webapplication i am trying to scan was wrong, which was triggering this error. Which resolved after correcting the URL
