Folder does not expand

Sorry! The reason was a similar plugin (https://github.com/frango9000/typescript-folding). If both are enabled certain subfolders do not expand. Disable this plugin or the similar plugin shows the correct behaviour

OCR **can** be part of the automatic altText generation if the image contains characters. But in general it's about an image description regardless if it contains text or not.
