Hi Ryan, I just wanted to let you know that when you select a few consecutive nodes the "Total length" reported under "selected nodes" reflects the sum of the lengths...
I guess kmerStream assumes inputs are FASTQs, but the line "estimates occurrences of k-mers in fastq or fasta files and saves results" suggests otherwise.
