I personally have never worked with ROS, so I wouldn't know.. If you want you could make the integration and create a pull request, I'll merge it in the trunk

@chfeizy its possible the problem is with the incoming frames what are you using for video source? is it a camera? which kind?

The latest release https://github.com/royshil/obs-backgroundremoval/releases/tag/0.2-beta has a zip file which you unpack into the OBS directory, e.g. `C:\Program Files\obs-studio`. I will work on an installer.
