Well, the QPanel get information from AMI. I can see when is used Realtime the information of queue is not get from the database. I'll investigate more about this case...
FusionPBX is using a custom uuid for identify queue and members. You also could take a look to create a custom rename for this case https://github.com/roramirez/qpanel/issues/135#issuecomment-354277309
What type of order are you looking for? Maybe set a configuration for not use a random mode can be help. Do you want to do this yourself?
